Drupal Designs realizes the importance of communication and uses various tools for having seamless Communication with its clients. Drupaldesigns uses different types of communication tools to Collaborate closely with its clients. These tools include Skype, Yahoo Messenger, ActiveCollab etc.

ActiveCollab ActiveCollab is an easy to use, web based, open source collaboration and project management tool. It gives us an environment where we, our team and our clients can collaborate on active projects using a set of simple, functional tools. We extensively use ActiveCollab for Project Collaboration. ActiveCollab uses set of simple tools to provide environment for collaboration. Using these simple tools we discuss with other team members, plan the execution of the project, assign tasks, attach files, and send notifications.

Skype Skype is communication software that lets us make voice calls and chatting over the internet. It is used for both internal (within organization for instant messaging and file transfer) and external communication (with clients for voice calls and instant messaging).

In-house (Drupal Forum) In-house is a communication tool where all team members of the company post their everyday updates, suggestions and doubts. Only employees of the company can be its members. It's a general communication place, where members can post information to any issue related to company: new employee joining, daily tasks, any type of suggestions related to development, HR, administration, etc. This helps us to improve ourselves and have better communication within organization and serve the clients in better way.
